"Organ meats" jumped out at me. Many organ meats contain high amounts of phosphatidylserine, which some have reported to cause weight loss.

Interesting! I hadn't known that. One thing I should have mentioned more clearly is that, although I have dabbled in organ meats, they don't make up a very big share of my diet. (I eat them maybe once a month or once a quarter.) I'll keep this in mind, though.
